Common Questions: Printing Card

Please read the suggestions below for answers to common questions.

First, make sure you are logged in. If you have already paid for your certificate and passed the exam, a Print link should be visible on the home page. If you do not see this option, then your training is not yet complete. You may call our support number during our work hours for assistance.

If you would like an additional copy of your card emailed to you, check out our knowledge base article for an in-depth explanation.

If you would like a hard copy of your card mailed to you, Click Here, select the wallet card or wall mount certificate for your course, and you should receive it in the mail within 5-7 business days.

Your card and certificate are processed and printed then posted to you.  You can see a PDF version by entering your student number in on our website validation link.

You can buy another original from your instructor or by contacting us. You can also print your own copy of the certificate by entering your student number by clicking here or we can email you a copy.

All ProTrainings courses are CPD Certified and you can login and download your statement from the home page using the "actions" button.  You can print this as soon as you complete the online course or your instructor marks you as passed for classroom courses.  You can also come back at a later date and print a copy.
